Landscape Estimator / Project Planner – Rijkevoort, Netherlands

AMTwerkt is looking for an experienced Landscape Estimator / Project Planner for a professional landscaping company in Rijkevoort, North Brabant.
In this position, you will play an important role in preparing and coordinating garden construction, renovation and landscaping projects. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and landscaping teams to ensure projects are properly calculated, planned and executed.
You will be involved throughout the entire process, from the initial customer enquiry to the final delivery of the project.

What will you do?

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations and project calculations
  
• Review customer requests, specifications and technical drawings
  
• Plan and prepare garden construction and landscaping projects
  
• Calculate required materials, labour hours and project costs
  
• Translate customer requirements into clear work instructions
  
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and landscaping teams
  
• Visit project locations to assess technical requirements and site conditions
  
• Monitor project schedules, progress and quality
  
• Identify potential problems and provide practical solutions
  
• Support projects from preparation through to completion
  

You will mainly work in an office environment, with regular visits to project locations in and around Rijkevoort, Boxmeer, Cuijk and the Land van Cuijk region.
Occasionally, you may also assist with practical activities on site.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as an estimator, project planner or work preparation specialist
  
• Experience in landscaping, garden construction or green infrastructure is an advantage
  
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications
  
• Experience preparing quotations, calculations and project schedules
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  
• Good communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  
• A practical and solution-oriented approach
  
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
  
• Willingness to visit project locations and occasionally assist with practical work
  
• Driving licence category B is preferred; BE is an advantage
  

Experience in construction or civil engineering may also be relevant. If you have a background in project preparation or cost estimation and an interest in landscaping, we would be happy to hear from you.
