AMTwerkt is looking for experienced Roof Carpenters for renovation and sustainable construction projects in the eastern Netherlands.
You will work on residential renovation projects in Nijmegen, Druten, Beuningen, Venlo, Eindhoven and the border region near Kleve.
Your work will involve installing, repairing and finishing timber roof structures on existing residential buildings.
Every project is different. One day you may install a new timber roof structure, while the next day you could be finishing a dormer window or repairing an existing roof.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled carpenters who enjoy practical work and want to develop their careers in the Dutch construction industry.

What will you do as a Roof Carpenter?

Your main responsibilities include:

• Measuring and marking out timber roof structures.
  
• Installing and assembling wooden roof constructions.
  
• Fitting and adjusting prefabricated roof elements.
  
• Finishing dormer windows and roof extensions.
  
• Installing fascia boards, soffits, roof edges and overhangs.
  
• Repairing and replacing damaged timber roof components.
  
• Carrying out carpentry work on existing roof structures.
  
• Reading and following technical drawings and measurements.
  
• Checking the quality and accuracy of completed work.
  
• Working together with roofers and other construction professionals.
  
• Following safety procedures when working at height.
  

Work on varied renovation projects

As a Roof Carpenter, you will work on different renovation projects throughout the eastern Netherlands.
You will combine traditional carpentry skills with modern construction techniques and materials.
The projects focus on renovating, improving and making existing residential roofs more energy-efficient.
You will have the opportunity to work independently, use your experience and further develop your professional skills.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500, depending on experience.
  
• A working week of 32 to 40 hours.
