Working from the 's-Heerenberg region, you will join a small, professional team delivering sustainable energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.
Your work goes beyond traditional electrical installations. You will connect and commission modern energy systems that help customers generate, store and manage electricity more efficiently.

What will you do?

As an Electrical Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the electrical installation, connection, configuration and commissioning of renewable energy systems.
You will work closely with solar panel installers and other technical specialists to ensure that each installation is completed safely and professionally.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Installing and connecting solar PV inverters.
  
• Installing, connecting and commissioning residential battery storage systems.
  
• Installing and configuring electric vehicle charging stations.
  
• Connecting and setting up smart energy management systems (EMS).
  
• Installing and routing electrical cabling and associated components.
  
• Connecting renewable energy equipment to existing electrical installations and distribution boards.
  
• Configuring system settings and communication connections.
  
• Testing and commissioning electrical installations and energy systems.
  
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
  
• Performing maintenance and technical inspections.
  
• Checking installations for compliance with applicable electrical safety requirements.
  
• Coordinating installation work with solar panel technicians.
  
• Explaining the operation of installed systems to customers.
  
• Completing installation documentation and handing over finished systems.
  

You will work on a wide range of projects, from residential solar and home battery installations to commercial EV charging and energy management solutions.
