Bus Depot Worker / Bus Cleaner - Doetinchem, Netherlands

AMTwerkt is recruiting a Bus Depot Worker for a leading company specialising in public transport bus cleaning and depot services in Doetinchem, Gelderland.
Every evening, buses return to the depot after completing their daily routes. Your responsibility is to ensure that these buses are cleaned, refuelled, checked and ready for service the following morning.
You will not transport passengers or operate scheduled bus routes. However, you must have a valid Category D driving licence to move buses safely around the depot.
This is a long term position with year round work and the possibility of a permanent contract.

What will you do?

• Refuel public transport buses.
  
• Clean and sweep bus interiors.
  
• Drive buses through the automatic bus wash.
  
• Check and refill essential vehicle fluids.
  
• Move and park buses safely within the depot.
  
• Prepare buses for the next day's service.
  
• Work independently and follow safety procedures.
  

Working hours

You will work approximately 35 hours per week, with shifts from 18:00 to 02:00, including weekend shifts.
During your first one or two weeks, an experienced supervisor will provide practical training.
This position is ideal for candidates with a bus driving background who prefer working without passengers, as well as experienced depot workers looking for stable employment in the Netherlands.

What do we offer?

• Hourly salary between EUR 16.70 and EUR 18.44 gross, depending on experience.
  
• Evening and night shift allowances of 30 percent during qualifying hours.
  
• Weekend allowances of up to 50 percent according to the collective labour agreement.
  
• Approximately 35 working hours per week.
  
• 8 percent holiday allowance.
  
• 5 percent year end bonus according to the collective labour agreement.
  
• Travel expenses according to the collective labour agreement.
  
• Stable, year round employment.
